Service Description

This gentle energy healing session includes time for brief preparation and grounding. Please book in advance so the space can be fully prepared for your arrival. The session lasts approximately 90 minutes and offers a peaceful reset for your body, mind, and spirit. Deepending on needs, the session can range from 45 mins for general relaxation and energy balancing, to a 90 mins for deeper full body healing with focussed attention to specific areas.
